(6 HOURS)
Course Objectives
In this module, you will learn:
- Applying and differentiating between the various ways of cell-referencing
- Use of basic formulas to calculate basic summaries
- Preparation reports for printing in Excel
- Choosing the appropriate chart among alternatives and integrate charts in their reports
COURSE PREREQUISITE
No pre-requisite. Very basic understanding of Excel.
INTERMEDIATE EXCEL
(12 HOURS)
Course Objectives
In this module, you will learn:
- Data cleansing techniques
- Prepping your data for analysis
- Data mining and analysis techniques
- Visual presentation of data (charts and pre-built conditional formatting)
COURSE PREREQUISITE
Learners must be familiar with the Basic Excel concepts.
ADVANCED EXCEL
(18 HOURS)
Course Objectives
In this module, you will learn:
- Advanced data manipulation techniques to prepare your data for analysis
- Advanced data analysis techniques
- Advanced visualization/presentation techniques
COURSE PREREQUISITE
Learners must be familiar with the Excel Intermediate concepts.
INTERMEDIATE POWER BI
(12 HOURS)
Course Objectives
In this module, you will learn:
- Overview of Power BI
- Confidently load and transform data using Power Query
- Create data models
- Creating visualizations using basic visuals
- Working with calculated columns
- Create calculated measures and KPIs
- Share Content across the organization
COURSE PREREQUISITE
No prerequisite. Advanced Excel concepts is an added advantage
ADVANCED POWER BI
(18 HOURS)
Course Objectives
In this module, you will learn:
- Optimizing data models
- Advanced Power Query features
- Creating hierarchies based on business needs (Income Statement example)
- Using the DAX Formula language to develop POWERFUL calculations
- Configuring interactions between visuals (example of customized navigation)
