Our Brand Story

Sunesis Consulting was born out of a simple, yet powerful vision: to turn complex, time-consuming data processes into streamlined, intelligent workflows. What started as a concern over the hours wasted on manual reporting turned into a mission — build tools and solutions that let businesses focus on decision-making, not data wrangling.

Since 2006, we have grown from a small idea into a trusted Business Intelligence partner for organizations across industAries, helping them transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that guide performance and growth.

A Challenge Emerges ⇲

In a world where the volume of data and the complexity of managing it were growing aggressively, companies and professionals found themselves spending countless hours, even months, on mundane, repetitive tasks, especially in reporting. These tasks were not only time-consuming but also prone to human error, leading to inefficiencies and lost opportunities.

Recognizing this challenge, our founder, Patrick Ngotho Kamau, who had spent years in corporate training, saw an opportunity to change the way companies handle data. He envisioned a world where work life could be simpler, more productive, and more practical, allowing professionals to focus on what truly matters.

With this vision in mind, Sunesis Consulting was born in 2006. We set out on a mission to do the following:

  1. Develop training curriculum for people handling corporate reports that incorporates work-based scenarios. This would ensure that participants would be able to immediately apply the skills learnt in improving their reports production process and delivery timelines.
  2. Develop data automation frameworks that would provide comprehensive business reports through innovative report production and distribution tools. Through extensive research, innovation, and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, we crafted a suite of tools that seamlessly integrate into existing workflows, automating repetitive tasks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reducing time taken.
  3. Identified existing platforms and partnered with the original vendors of the same to enable us to implement the automation processes. These platforms are now offered to our clients who would like to benefit from the same.
