Budgeting Tool – Save The Children

Introduction

We developed and implemented a Budgeting Tool aimed at enhancing the budgeting process from the data input by concerned managers to the consolidation, and presentation for the Bishop.

The technologies used:

• Excel (budget data input template)
• SQL Database
• Power BI dashboard (consolidated budget report)
