Job Summary:
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for sales and an eye for innovation? As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business. Working closely with clients, you’ll identify their needs, propose tailored solutions, and provide feedback to refine the product offerings. With your technical expertise and sales acumen, you’ll drive revenue growth and help our client maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to close high-value deals and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the Projects Team to understand product features and provide client insights for innovation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to align solutions with industry trends.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and website content, to promote our offerings.
- Participate in tenders, develop project proposals, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Represent the company’s brand in various forums and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- In-depth understanding of cloud computing and SaaS-based technologies.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), ERP systems (e.g., Sage), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions; knowledge of Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- A minimum of 3 years in sales or customer-facing roles with a focus on technology solutions.
